Decision Matrix

If you pass the first three binary questions, next we apply a matrix that scores the opportunity based on our own evaluations of the founding team, market, product, operations, sales, momentum, financial health, and of course, the deal. Regarding the latter, we look for points of entry between $1-10M valuation.
